In the Shadow is a documentary that follows, like a diary, the creation of Clã's last original album - Véspera - set to be released in the spring of 2020. This first chapter shows us the rehearsals, the recordings, the meetings with the creative teams, the exchange of secrets, the decisions about the design of the album, the shooting of music videos, the organization of concert dates, and the entire creative process that leads to the release of an album by one of the most important Portuguese bands, until the moment when the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
